If you need to report an issue with items Shropshire Council are responsible for this should be done via the fix my street website (https://www.fixmystreet.com/)
If your issue is the the Town Council’s area of responsibility this should be reported to the Clerk via email townclerk@bishopscastletowncouncil.gov.uk
Not all the Street lights or open spaces are the Town Council’s responsibility but if reported to the clerk can be sent to the appropriate department.
Fixmystreet may also direct you to another organisation if it is not Shropshire Council’s responsibility.
